This was my first time staying in Mahahual. I loved the location because it's very close to the town but not in a loud area and the hotel has all you need for a nice stay but there were 2 things I loved the most: super friendly staff and the food was delicious. highly recommended

This place is excellent due to its staffs hospitality, attention to detail, and accessibility. The location was also helpful in giving such a review. My family enjoyed the stay so much that one of my children was ready to relocate the entire family because of how much fun he had. I recommend staying here as the staff really makes you feel welcome and part of the family.
Spent a week here with a group of 14 and had a wonderful time. Staff were super friendly and helpful - treated us like family.
Professional, warm and courteous. They pay particular close to safety and those who have trouble learning this new skill. Our ships late arrival cut short the tours duration which was the only downside.
Very nice and quite hotel. Very professional staff. Extremely clean and well kept. One of the better hotels in Mahahual for sure. Tip: next door is a restaurant called Casa de la langosta. Mike "owner", makes the best lobster in Quintana Roo. Tell him the viking sent you and you want the secret beach table experiance. He will set you up a table on the private beach and you will enjoy a night of food paradise!
